		<description>I like the idea of the rain exchange system to fill up a water feature. It would work well here in Oregon where there is a decent amount of rain almost every month. But I question it&#039;s value in other states where the times it would be needed most (when it&#039;s hot, and water features are evaporating like crazy) there isn&#039;t really going to be any rainfall. So I wonder if it really does much good in those kinds of climates.
